One of the most important components in a well designed turbo kit, is a properly sized wastegate. Too small of a wastegate can cause boost creep, while too large of a wastegate will increase boost lag and decrease performance. Our external wastegates are made from the highest quality materials to assure both stability and durability in a turbo charger's boost control. We have many options for you when building a turbo kit or if you are just changing your existing setup. This is one of our quality wastegates that can be used to control boost pressures.

Our wastegates include spring(s), hardware, gaskets and flange(s). Better geometric blade , more flow & efficiency. Forged aluminum blades, tremendous strength.

Less blade thickness, lower hub area, more air higher pressure and lower intake temperature. Great for V6 and V8 Engine.

Turbo Flange Standard T4 4-Bolt (Twin Scroll). Downpipe 3.5 V-band Flange. Intake 3.75" Inlet, 2.25" Outlet. Capable of boosting up to 600+HP. The GT45 turbocharger assembly is designed to be used on engines displacing 3.5L-8.0L and is typically good for around 800HP.

Horsepower ratings are generally meant to express the turbochargers maximum airflow capability. Recommended boost pressures are 7psi.

5 Bar to 21psi(1.5 Bar) and boost pressures should not exceed 30psi(2 Bar). Exceeding 21psi(1.5 Bar) of boost pressure can significantly reduce a turbochargers lifespan. Generally speaking 14psi(1 Bar) is good for a 100% increase in horsepower from a naturally aspirated engine. Also factory non-turbo engines without forged internal components on high octane pump gas (91-92 octane) it is not recommended exceeding 7psi.
