What is For Sale is Probably the "World's Largest Collection of Big Block Chevy Bare Blocks". This includes 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 69 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, and 1974 Chevrolet Big Block Empty Blocks with Main Caps and Bolts. This includes the Famous Mark IV 396 (6.5 Liter), 402 (6.6 Liter), 427 (7.0 Liter), and 454 (7.4 Liter) Engine Blocks. Also included are a few 366 (6.0 Liter), 427 (7.0 Liter) and 454 (7.4 Liter) 4 Bolt High Deck Blocks often used for Long Stroke Engines, Supercharged Engines and Heavy Duty GM Trucks. We also have a couple of the "Humongous" 502 (8.2 Liter) High Performance Engine Blocks included.

There are a total of 300 empty big block Chevy blocks included in this lot! These blocks also belong in Chevy Pickups, Suburbans, Yukons and GM Semi Tractors as well as Dump, Straight and Stake Trucks. These blocks are also used in many marine applications like Ski Boats, Off Shore Race Boats, Cabin Cruisers, etc.

Including Sea Ray, Fountain, Baja, Apache, Cigarette, Ocean Express, Cruisers Inc. Some of them are also used for stationary engines like generators, pump motors and many other industrial applications. These are also used in hot rods, retro rods, rat rods, street rods, muscle cars, show cars, drag racing cars, road racing cars, tractor pull tractors, truck pull trucks, monster trucks, dirt track race cars, asphalt oval race cars, sand racers, sand rails, dragsters, Super Stock Cars, and many other performance applications. These blocks are all racked up in our warehouse, (see the attached pictures), on a 30 deep pallet rack system, 85' long by 20' high. For easy access, these bare blocks are stored 10 rows high and under our 10 ton walking power crane system.

We also have fork lifts to help load them. A residential address can't be used. If you furnish you own semi-trucks, we will help you load them for no extra charge!

For clarrification purposes, this listing does not include any of our "Rare" Chevrolet, 1958 to 1965 348 or 409 "W Engine" Blocks, which were considered to be the predecessor to the Mark IV Big Block Engines. Since they are a different breed of engines, they will be offered in other current and future listings. All of the intake manifolds, carburetors, exhaust manifolds, cylinder heads, camshafts, crankshafts, connecting rods, flywheels, harmonic damper balancers, valve covers, timing covers, oil pans, windage trays, oil pumps, fuel pumps, distributors, water pumps and all other external accessories have already been removed from these big blocks as we sell them as individual bare blocks, not used assemblies. As much as we strive for accuracy and due to the fact that casting numbers and casting dates are sometimes not very legible, there WILL be some errors in this list.
