COMP CAMS ROCKER ARM TRUNION UPGRADE KIT FOR GM LS ENGINES PN: 13702-KIT DESCRIPTION These COMP Cams GM LS Series retrofit trunion kits are designed to convert stock LS Series rocker arms into captured roller trunions for high-rpm race applications. They include the rocker arm trunions, rocker arm bearings, and rocker arm retaining rings for a complete installation.

These are more economical than new race rocker arms, and can handle much higher RPM than the factory ones.
